When those problems come
You gotta take it slow
Learn to move on and
Find your happy place!
Whether that is walking on the beach, visiting a coffee shop, playing with your children, reading a good book, or working in your community, find that place where you can recharge and reenergize yourself. And now you can have a CD to remind you of that special place.”
