We are very sad to report that despite Melanie Cain Stage’s valiant efforts, the bald eagle she named after us didn’t make it.

It must be very hard for Melanie to pour her heart and soul into trying to save these animals, knowing that she can’t always succeed.

The performance at the Lake Wales Arts Center…

Celebrated duo Ann Fontanella and David Pasbrig will appear at the Lake Wales Arts Center tonight, the fifth in a series of performances being offered at the center.

Virtuoso violinist Fontanella and acclaimed pianist Pasbrig (below) blend their styles and techniques together in a Bel Canto performance of classical music.

An Eagle Named Eclipse…

This 2-year-old injured bald eagle was brought to the St. Johns Vet last Saturday by a wildlife officer because she had no use of her legs.

Melanie Cain Stage founder and director of H.A.W.K.E. took care of her and spent hours at ST Johns Vet helping with her with x-rays and blood work. She has trauma to her back and thighs. She has started to regain movement.

Melanie of H.A.W.K.E. says, “I named my new Eagle Eclipse in honor of your [Jim Stafford's] studio and dedication to help wildlife.”

Eclipse has been proud to support H.A.W.K.E. for many years now and we thank you Melanie, for honoring us in this way!

The new CD, “H.a.w.k.e.-Music for the Birds” (below) will be available for purchase on the Eclipse store page tomorrow afternoon.

Sword Swallowers Day!

At 2:27 p.m. on Feb. 27th, sword swallowers across the world showed off their talents at Ripley’s Believe it or Not! including the original Ripley’s in St. Augustine. Will Rotten of the Rotten Brothers headlined the St. Augustine Location.

Eclipse was contracted by Ripley’s Believe It Or Not to shoot video of the event. Jim Stafford (owner of Eclipse) says, “Check out this rough my partner Dan shot of the event. This was 100% real!”
