To all the great Willie Green Fans! After playing his blues on the road since the 1950′s, Legendary Bluesman WILLIE “THE REAL DEAL” GREEN began his Ocala musical career nearly 20 years ago at HARRY’s FAMOUS BAR & GRILLE! Now things have gone full circle and Willie needs your help!! After months in hospital and Oakhurst nursing care facility Willie has many high medical and living expenses. He gave his house up and will require assisted living. He is on the mend now with thanks to the great re-hab staff at Oakhurst Care Center!
Mark your calendar for Sunday July 10th! This will be a full live music show with many of Ocala’s finest musicians! Willie himself will make a special appearance, and musicians and friends are welcome to bring an instrument and jam with him! PLEASE come say hello and honor Willie at this very special event!! There will be a silent auction of artworks of Willie, signed and numbered by artists Jan Frazee of Orlando and Diane Bradley of St. Augustine and much more merchandise including autographed Willie Green Cds, guitars and more! A cover charge donation of only $10 is suggested. Great food and drink as usual from our good friends at HARRY’S! See you there!!!
